What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for powder blending?
The minimum order quantity for powdered products is 1,000 pounds.
Are the capabilities of all five plants the same?
All five plants are equipped for liquid blending and packaging. The Ohio facility is the only location that also processes powdered finished goods.
What types of dry products are not a fit for Royal Chemical?
We blend a wide range of chemical products but do not process pellets, tablets or combustible dusts.
Does Royal Chemical supply the materials?
Yes, most customers rely on us to source materials. We purchase over 2,000 materials from 450 suppliers, offering strong supply chain relationships and cost efficiency. If preferred, we can work with customer-supplied materials as well.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for liquid blending?
The MOQ for liquid blends is 220 gallons for pails and larger packaging or 1,000 gallons for bottled products. Our largest batch size is 5,000 gallons, with scalability for larger projects.
What types of liquid products are not a fit for Royal Chemical?
We do not process known carcinogens, mutagens, combustible dusts or flammable finished goods. Flammable raw materials are acceptable if the finished product's flashpoint exceeds 100 F.
